Real Street Fest started in 2016 as an illegal block party under a bridge — one generator, two turntables and a crowd that wouldn’t leave. Ten years later we shut down 12 city blocks and turn factories, parking lots and rooftops into a living museum of street culture. No backstage barriers. Artists skate with you, paint with you, eat with you.

We don’t book culture — we come from it. 70% of our crew are skaters, dancers, writers and DJs. Every ticket funds free workshops for youth: skate school, DJ school and free walls all year. In 2025 we gave 3,400 free passes to local teens.

Where and when is Real Street Fest 2026?
August 14–16, 2026, Downtown Industrial District, Los Angeles. Gates 12:00–00:30 (02:00 rooftop). Nearest metro: Arts District Station, 7 min walk. Free bike parking, paid lots around.
Can I skate / paint / perform?
Yes! Open qualifiers daily: skate (11:00), break (13:00), open mic (15:00). Free walls sign-up at Art Alley info point. Bring your board, helmet required for bowl.
Is it family friendly?
Very. Sunday is Family Day with free workshops, kids skate school, face paint and low-volume zone. Kids under 10 free, strollers welcome till 19:00.
What about food and water?
40 trucks (vegan, halal, gluten-free options), free filtered water stations, no outside alcohol. Reusable cup $3 — $1 refills all weekend.
Rain or shine?
We run rain or shine. 70% covered warehouses. In extreme heat we add mist zones and extend night hours. Lineup changes announced at gates and on this page.
Refunds & transfers?
